Attention All Expat Bloggers: Join World Surf Day!
![]()
Do you live abroad, outside of your home country? Do you blog about your experiences of your adopted country or perhaps include information on this country that may be of use to other people who are moving there?
If you are therefore an ‘expatriate’ blogger, you are invited to join the ’World Blog Surf Day’ being organised by Golden Prague. All you have to do is register your willingness to participate by leaving a comment on this post. You need to include the URL of your blog, as well as your countries of origin and current residence.
Once your participation is confirmed, you will need to write a blog post with the title, ‘Living as a (insert your nationality) in (insert your country of residence),’ to be posted on March 28th. Before this date, you will be given a link to another participating blogger, which you will need to add to the end of your blog post.
The idea is that we create a large, world-wide circle of expat bloggers, who all write about their experiences of living overseas on the same day. It should be an interesting and fun experience.
In the morning of March 28th, I am due to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Afterwards, I need to take it easy, so I am looking forward to coming home, posting my blog and going on a virtual world tour of other expat blogs.
So, if you’d like to participate, join up now as the deadline for joining is March 21st (this Saturday). I’m looking forward to discovering some interesting expat blogs through this experience - I hope that yours is one of them!

Thanks a lot for helping to spread the word!
Hi Just a Plane Ride Away - Thanks for visiting my blog and for the compliment! I hope that you get to visit Australia soon.
Glad to see that you signed up for World Surf Day - I hope you enjoy it.
Hi Golden Prague - No problem! It’s such a good idea of yours - I’m looking forward to participating!
