None of us would like to end up with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia, yet we don’t often think about what we can do now to prevent the onset of the disease in later life. On her Dementia Expert and Alzheimer’s Activities Expert blogs, she explains some actions that we can take today that will help to prevent the future development of these debilitating illnesses.

From a personal point of view, I am absolutely thrilled to receive the Lemonade Award. It is my first blogging award and so will always be special. I have only been blogging for just over a month now and I love it! I’ve also “met” some wonderful people in the “blogosphere,” so choosing just ten blogs that display gratitude and a wonderful attitude was very difficult.
